At Reserve at Lacey, we love our furry friends and are proud to be a pet-friendly community. To ensure a harmonious living experience for all residents, please review our pet policy criteria:
Pet Screening: Each pet is individually screened through a 3rd party pet screening service. The monthly pet rent, ranging from $20 to $45, is determined by the FIDO score received on your pet profile.
Deposits and Fees: A $300 flat rate refundable pet deposit per pet.
Pet rent: Ranges from $20 to $45 monthly depending on FIDO screening.
Weight Limit: Dogs must weigh between 0–75 pounds, with a maximum of 2 pets per unit.
Species Restrictions: Certain species are restricted; please contact us for more details.
